Lew Pabon is a multi-talented individual who has been involved in various fields throughout his life. He initially pursued a career in wrestling, starting at the young age of 10. He continued his journey by coaching youth wrestlers and MMA competitors. However, after wanting to further expand his opportunities, he made the decision to serve his country as an infantryman in the US Army, dedicating four years to his military service. During this time in the service, he continued his training in grappling and MMA, going on to win the 2013 Fort. Cavazos Combatives Tournament in his weight class.

Following his time in the Army, Lew took advantage of the Troops to Teachers program, which allowed him to pursue a career in education. He completed an undergraduate degree at Berklee College of Music, focusing on education. During this time, he directed high school marching and jazz bands, showcasing his passion for music and its connection to human experiences.

Lew's interest in the connection between music and human behavior led him to further his studies. He returned to school to explore the evolutionary causes behind our inclination towards music and its historical use as a form of communication. Alongside his studies, he worked as a trainer and nutritionist, specializing in assisting various individuals such as persons living with Parkinson’s Disease, diabetics, overweight individuals, and geriatric clients.

During his academic journey, Lew researched the use of rhythm and subliminal priming to address movement disorders. He specifically focused on Parkinson's disease patients, demonstrating how the auditory cortex can assume control over motor functions. Since then, he has actively worked with the Parkinson's and Alzheimer's/Dementia communities. His goal is to combat neurological decline and age-related diseases through nutrition and fitness.

In his free time, Lew indulges in his passion for bodybuilding and trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He also enjoys both performing and attending jazz shows, further connecting with his musical interests.
